Regulations

• the theme is: "Iranian Green Movement againnst Dictatorship", "Election Fraud in Iran", "Iranian Green Protesters"
• more than 200 artworks recieved via email and post. all of participants will be notified of details of the Exhibition in Paris
• the exhibition will travel around the World after Paris
• Participating in this exhibition is free
• Any cartoonist without consideration to age, nationality and religion can participate in this exhibition
• The technique of cartoons is free
• Each participant can send up to 5 entries
• Size limitation is minimum A4 and maximum A3.
• Digital (scanned) cartoons should be actual size and the resolution should be at least 300 DPI. These 
• kind of entries should be sent to "k.ramezani@gmail.com"
• Each cartoonist must send a biography with their artworks
• The deadline for sending entries is 20th February 2010
• Selected artworks will be exhibited in Paris, France and also published on relevant websites and the group page on Facebook
• The organizing committee can use the received cartoons for promotions, publishing on websites, in posters, brochures, etc.
• the artworks can not be returned
